Below are some pics from my vacation week when most of the seeding and planting happened. The mystery of what will work this year and what won't is part of what I love about gardening. There are hope and promise and potential disastrous outcomes wrapped into every moment of planning, seeding, buying, and planting.
It remains to be seen how this year's garden dramas play out.
Bales for Bees (bush beans, Brussels sprouts, and beets)

Pole Dancer (pole beans, carrots, bonus marigolds)

Foreground: Balerina (cauliflower, broccoli, kale)
Background: Fencetta (2 tomatoes, 2 peppers, tons of garlic)

Rabbit Heaven (tomatillos, third tomato variety, future zucchini that is expected to fail; bonus extra planters/plants destined for other garden homes)
